This Privacy Policy describes how Nethra Farms ("we", "us", "the brand") collects, uses, and protects information you provide while using the Nethra Farms Customer App (Android package in.localappstore.dairyfresh.netrafarms, iOS bundle in.localappstore.dairyfresh.netrafarms), which is published on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store by LocalAppStore Technologies (Publisher on behalf of Nethra Farms) on the LocalAppStore multi-tenant platform.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Nethra Farms Customer App or website, we collect the following information:

• Account details — your phone number, name, and delivery addresses.
• Order history — products you've ordered, subscription preferences, and delivery instructions.
• Payment information — wallet balance and transaction records. Card/UPI details are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner and never stored on our servers.
• Device information — for push notifications, we store a per-device FCM token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and your device's operating system version. We do not access your contacts, photos, calendar, microphone, or precise GPS unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature (e.g. rider GPS tracking).
• Usage analytics — anonymous app interaction metrics used to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To fulfil your orders and deliver products to your address.
• To send transactional notifications about order status, delivery, and wallet balance.
• To prevent fraud and ensure account security.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Delivery partners — your name, phone, and delivery address are shared with the assigned rider for the duration of the delivery.
• Payment processors — for wallet top-ups and refunds.
• Government authorities — when legally required by valid court order.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your order history for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting laws in India. You may request deletion of your account and personal data (subject to the retention requirements above) directly from inside the Nethra Farms Customer App (Profile → Delete my account) or by writing to support@localappstore.in. Upon a deletion request your personal identifiers are anonymized within 30 days while financial/order history is retained in an aggregated, non-personally-identifiable form for the legally-mandated retention period.

6. Children's Privacy

The Nethra Farms Customer App is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
